The Team!

The Brown Skin Games team represents the spirit of our goals: driven, committed and fun-loving. We work and play hard. And each member brings an interesting perspective, unique motivation, leadership and creativity to their positions and we need this dynamism to fulfill our mission.


Tharwat "Sheikh" Abdul-Malik, as Chief Gaming Officer, is tasked with heading both the game development and the online/offline publishing functions of the company. He manages the online game production cycle from start to finish. And is responsible for the conceptualization and planning of new games, the budget allocations to different gaming projects, the budget allocation within each game, assembling a team of software developers and game designers, and ultimately, the approval of new games.


Kim Whitaker, the Chief Design Officer, is in charge of all design initiatives. She is responsible for overseeing all design aspects of a company's games and services, including game design, graphic design, user experience design and package design. She is responsible for aspects of advertising, marketing, and engineering. And leads the creative team, including those responsible for game design, branding, marketing, media outreach, and message development.


Omar "Slim" White, as Chief Marketing Officer, leads sales management, product development, marketing communications (including advertising and promotions), and market research. He owns the product roadmap and develops programs with quantifiable objectives to measure key metrics including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates. He owns the overall marketing strategy, overseeing and directing the efforts of the marketing team.


Gara Dallam, the Chief Business Development Officer, leads the business development strategy. Identifying and executing on opportunities to commercialize our products. He cultivates and maintains key contacts and relationships. And drives business growth and requirements for product development by coordinating with R&D efforts.
